Age Falsification In WAEC: He Wants To Know How He Can Make Restitution

I falsified my age before leaving Nigeria. I want to repent and make restitution.



How do i go about changing it on my Nigerian passport and my WAEC certificate?



Should i apply for a new passport with my new age or ask them to change the date of birth on my old passport?



What legal punishment(which i'm ready to bear) should i expect from WAEC, Nigerian Immigration, and the Immigration office in Europe?
