Missing NNPC $20Billion Audit Report
Contrary to reports by Premium Times and some other media, the Coordinating Minister for the Economy and Minister of Finance, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has not disowned PriceWaterHouse Coopers, the international audit firm which carried out the recent audit of the alleged unaccounted for $20 billion.
This is because the forensic audit was actually proposed by Dr Okonjo-Iweala as the best way to get to the truth following the disagreement (and widely conflicting figures) between former CBN Governor (and current Emir of Kano) Malam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi and the NNPC over Sanusi’s allegation of unaccounted for funds.
Her proposal was accepted by President Goodluck Jonathan as well as the Senate, and the President subsequently directed the Auditor General of the Federation to lead the work. The Auditor-General later appointed PwC to carry out the audit.
Dr Okonjo-Iweala therefore respects the process which produced the audit.
But requesting the audit is of course not the same thing as hiring the auditor.
This was why we made it clear in our last press release that the suit filed against Dr
Okonjo-Iweala before a Lagos High Court by SIAO Partners alleging that she appointed PwC to carry out the audit is frivolous and uninformed.

My husband’s demands are weird
Please I need your advice. My husband is the dearest thing in this world I’ve ever had! He’s so different from most other guys: intelligent, funny, handsome, very muscular and well-built, and is an amazing person. He’s also extremely playful.
And I love him so much for all these. But there’s this part I don’t really enjoy: he makes some demands I’m not comfortable with. The two main ones are these: most mornings when we wake up from sleep he would insist we should kiss deeply with our unbrushed “smelly” mouths.
The few times I agree, I don’t enjoy it at all! Our mouths usually taste very sour then! I can never understand why he likes it but he says his love for me far exceeds my unbrushed mouth! Also when we’re eating, he would tell me to pour food I’m chewing in my mouth into his own mouth, even when my saliva has made it so wet and yucky!
Sometimes he just wants me to put plain saliva from my mouth into his own! And he would say it’s the same thing that happens when we kiss, but to me they’re VERY different. And funny enough, the few times I agree to do these things, he would end up with a very very huge erecti*n and we would end up…
But the problem is, when I don’t agree, he would say I’m not interested in improving our intimacy, that I’m the only person in this world he can do them with yet I’m denying him the pleasure. The truth is, I don’t think I’ll ever be comfortable with these things.
Please what should I do??? Does my agreeing to do these things really build our intimacy?

Breaking News:- Veteran Nollywod Actor Peter Bunor Is Dead
It is saddening to report that the Nigerian movie industry has lost another veteran actor.
It was confirmed late last night that actor Peter Bunor has passed on.
His son, Peter Bunor Jnr made the announcement on Facebook saying: ‘In the early hours of today,my father,friend,teacher,confidant passed on.’
At this point there has been no confirmation on the cause of death but it is reported that he died of complications from an ailment and his battle with stroke in the past few years.
Our thoughts are with his family at this time.

President Goodluck Jonathan Shuns Workers’ Day Rally
President Goodluck Jonathan on Friday stayed away from this year’s celebration of the International Workers’ Day popularly known as May Day organised jointly by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) at the Eagle Square, Abuja.
Security sources within the Presidency told our correspondent that the less than five-minute journey to the venue of the rally was cancelled because the President had emergency assignments to attend.
Although the nature of the emergency assignments was not disclosed, our correspondents gathered that the advance team was withdrawn from the venue because of the President’s absence from the rally.
The source dismissed claims that President Jonathan cancelled his participation in the event because he was afraid of being booed by workers saying, “the President has never been afraid of such thing. The workers have no reason to do that anyway.
“He had emergency engagements and so had to call off his labour event because it would take the whole day and if he attends, he would be unable to attend to other engagements.”

Governor Fashola Moves To Power Schools, Hospitals With Solar
The Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babatunde Fashola (SAN), on Friday said that the state government had concluded plans to generate five megawatts through the Lagos Solar Project, for schools and healthcare centres.
Fashola, represented by the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Mrs Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire, disclosed this at the official commissioning of the Lagos Solar Project in Lagos.
The governor said that the aim of the project was to provide five MW of the embedded solar power to education and health facilities.
“This project will deliver 213 sustainable solar power enclosures with an integrated battery bank and remote monitoring system to 172 public secondary schools.
“Also, 30 public secondary boarding schools and 11 public health centres located in the rural and riverine areas in Lagos State will benefit,” he said.
The governor said that the state recognised the importance of technology globally and the impact that good education and access to healthcare had on the development of the economy.
Fashola said that the Lagos State Electricity Board (LSEB) had embarked on a ground breaking project to provide clean and sustainable power solution for schools and primary healthcare centres with little or no access to electricity.
He said that the project was financed by the state government in partnership with the United Kingdom (UK) Department for International Development (DFID).
The governor said with the solar power project, coupled with the existing five Independent Power Projects (IPP), the government had generally increased the electricity supply in the state.
He also appreciated the assistance of their partners in the project.
Also, Mrs Damilola Ogunbiyi, the Managing Director of Lagos State Electricity Board, said that the project was managed centrally from Project Management Office (PMO) located within LSEB.
“With construction spread across 213 sites throughout the state, field activities are coordinated through five strategically located hubs, each run by a technical manager.
“The impact is to enable Lagos State to remain at the forefront of the use and implementation of innovative power solution, using renewable technology in an environment where power is a scarce but invaluable commodity,” she said. (NAN

This Is Bad!! Nigerian Man Brutally Murdered Over A Girl In Italy (Viewer Discretion)
In a gruesome case of cold blooded murder, a Nigerian ,Terry Agaga, was brutally murdered in Padova, Italy. According to Italian media, the 34 year old was killed over a woman in a black club ‘Le Parisien’ popularly called ‘Port Harcourt club’ by Nigerians.
According to eye witness, Terry, who got his Italian residence permit of stay in Sept 2014, got killed because of an argument over a girl.
He was said to have fallen inlove with a girl whose previous boyfriend is a cultist.
The ex-boyfriend was enraged for losing his girl to Terry .
When the scorned boyfriend met Terry at a club, they were involved in a physical fight and he ended up being stabbed to death with a machete.
The Italian police are still investigating the killing of Terry and three Nigerians have been arrested so far.
