Opinion:- Should we add a Live Chat To our Blog For Easy Contact???

Yes with our aim to give our Clients Satisfying Provisions We the NB team would love to introduce a means of Reaching Us Fast i.e to say we would love to add a Live Chat to our Blog

Now the Question is Should we add this Means of contacting us to make it easy for our fans??

Should we still maintain our Bbm,Facebook,twitter, email and Calling Method??
