How To Identify Quality/Original Stone Coated Roofing Tiles In Nigeria

1. Check the back of the roof tile to confirm whether the manufacturer's name, distributor's name and ISO number is fully inscribed at the back of the stone coated roofing tiles. If you can't find these information, it is an indication that the stone coated roofing tile is "fake/inferior" and it will surely fade off.

2. Ask the distributor to provide the manufacturer's contact.Failure to provide the manufacturer's contact, please don't patronize such company, it is an indication that they are selling "fake/inferior" stone coated roofing tiles.

3. The thickness must be 0.55mm

4. The price range is #3,200(New zealand and belgium), #2,600 to #2,900(South Korea) per sqm and for the design that comes with two colour combination. Shingle is #2900 per sqm.Any price below this range is a "fake/inferior" stone coated roofing tile.

5. The manufacturer's warranty must be 50yrs.

6. Ask the distributor to provide the certificate of Dealership/Origin from the manufacturer, if they can't provide that, it means they deal with

"fake/inferior" stone coated roofing tile.

7. Two pieces of the stone coated roofing tile make a sqm.

The points highlighted above are the things to watch out for before purchasing any stone coated roofing tiles.
