Ordega, Ohale, 21 Others Join Super Falcons Training Camp.

Edwin Okon's camp is bubbling with the arrival of 23 players on Monday ahead of the 2015 All African Games / Olympic Games qualifying series and Fifa Women's World Cup.




Twenty three players including US-based Osinachi Ohale and Francisca Ordega have arrived camp of the Nigeria’s senior women team ahead of the 2015 All Africa Games and 2016 Olympic qualifiers.



Media Officer of the Super Falcons, Gracious Akujobi revealed that among the 36 called up 21 home-based players had reported early to camp aside the two overseas-based players which completed the list of 23 players present.



According to her, the team will observe their first training session on Tuesday just as they expect other invited players from home and abroad to hit camp.



"The Super Falcons resumed camping on Sunday for the All-Africa Games and Olympic qualifying series,” Akujobi told Goal.



"23 players are in camp with Ohale who’s currently out of contract with US-based Houston Dash, while Ordega already secured permission until the end of the qualifiers before she joins Pitea in Sweden.



"The coaches are all on ground and the players look set to fight for their in place ahead of the qualifiers and the Fifa Women’s World Cup.



"We will begin full training activities on Tuesday and still expect the arrival of other players,” she concluded.



Edwin Okon’s ladies will face Mali in the final round of qualifiers for the 2015 All African Games in March and as well as their opponents in the 2016 Olympic qualifiers in May.
